That Soothing Spa Color

DEAN FARRIS INTERIOR DESIGN

A few years ago, DFID completed this remodel and decoration for a very nice couple from Boston~  We
did incorporate many of the existing furnishings, and worked closely with the lady of the house to get the paint colors exactly right ~ in addition to refurbishing furniture, and adding some new pieces, such as the woven wicker large sofa by Tommy Bahama.  That new sofa faces the pool area, which is contained in a kind of courtyard enclosure.
Enjoy!  DF *****

  1. Dean, you never show me enough of the room. You should know that I want to see every little detail.....are those chair legs dipped in white? What about that bar/kitchen area? I want to see it, too. And the art.....let's see the art. Love ya :)

    1. Dear Linda,
I am sorry, should have mentioned or included links back to 2011 when I first showed some progress shots of this house, which had a very awkward floor plan-
Some day, I'll have a photographer visit all of the many jobs I've completed and get some really good wide angle focused images! For now these are the best I have to work with!

  2. Dean I love the chairs behind the Tommy Bahama wicker sofa as well. It is a lovely blue, very soothing and watercolored!

Thanks, it was from Benjamin Moore Aura-
We had many trials to get that shade of watercolor spa blue!
